针对我国盐湖硼资源的特点模拟合成MgO·3B2O318%MgSO4H2O过饱和溶液在20℃恒温静置跟踪结晶动力学过程.析出固相采用X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱和热分析进行物相鉴定.拟合并给出结晶动力学方程同时对结晶机制进行了探讨.结果表明该结晶过程分两个阶段第一阶段析出三方硼镁石(MgO·3B2O3·7.5H2O)第二阶段结晶析出章氏硼镁石(MgO·2B2O3·9H2O).
According to the characteristics of China’s salt lake boron resources simulation synthetic MgO · 3B2O3 18% MgSO4 H2O supersaturated solution at 20 ℃ constant temperature followed by stationary crystallization kinetics of precipitation solid phase was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis of the phase And the crystallization kinetics was fitted and given.The mechanism of crystallization was also discussed.The results show that the crystallization process of the second stage of the precipitated tripartite (MgO · 3B2O3 · 7.5H2O) precipitated in the first stage of the crystallization process Bryanite (MgO · 2B2O3 · 9H2O).
