探讨中华绒螯蟹大眼幼体经55.244 mGy的低剂量中子刺激后,体内生化指标的变化及体重增长动态。结果表明,扣蟹处理与对照(未进行低剂量中子刺激)相比,巯基(-SH含量)、谷胱甘肽含量(G-SH)、蛋白含量和羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量均极显著提高(P<0.01);自由基和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量则极显著下降(P<0.01),蟹壳颜色较深;幼蟹体重亦明显增加。表明低剂量中子刺激中华绒螯蟹大眼幼体,对培育大规格扣蟹具有显著作用。
To investigate the changes of biochemical indexes and body weight gain of Eriocheir sinensis after 55.244 mGy low dose neutron stimulation. The results showed that the contents of sulfhydryl (-SH), glutathione (G-SH), protein and hydroxyproline (Hyp) were all significantly lower in crab-treated crabs than those in control (P <0.01). The content of free radical and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) decreased significantly (P <0.01), the color of crab shell was deeper and the body weight of juvenile crab increased significantly. The results showed that low dose neutron stimulated Eriocheir sinensis had significant effects on the development of large-size buckle crabs.
