电信系统的正常运行对我们生活来讲越来越重要,然而是设备总要出故障的,我们所能做的是如何减少故障和缩短故障的时间,让系统更好地服务我们的客户。电信系统故障自动通报系统就是要解决在电信系统出现紧急技术故障时运营商内部的及时故障通报问题。运用该系统,将改变人为通报故障为系统根据设定的标准自动通报故障;同时相关的信息接收方也可以收到现场工程师的输入信息。同时也可以减少现场工程师的工作量,使其专心致力于解决技术问题。系统故障自动通报也将减少工程师的人为延迟,将给及时解决问题和调动公司优质资源赢得更好的时间空间,进而把损失降到最低:
