通过鹤大高速公路项目路面AC-20C下面层的工程实践,结合吉林地区的气候条件,对橡胶粉SBS复合改性沥青的技术标准以及混合料的配合比设计过程进行了分析。经实践验证,该配合比设计矿料级配合理、离析现象较少,各项试验指标符合设计要求,为今后相似沥青混凝土路面材料和结构的配合比设计提供借鉴。
Through the engineering practice of AC-20C under the pavement of He-Da Expressway project and the climatic conditions in Jilin area, the technical standards of rubber powder SBS composite modified asphalt and the design process of mixture ratio are analyzed. The practice verifies that the rationale for the design of the ore-mixing gradation is less and the segregation phenomenon is less. All the test indexes conform to the design requirements, so as to provide references for the design of similar asphalt concrete pavement materials and structures in the future.
