5月29日,《国务院办公厅转发建设部等部门关于调整住房供应结构稳定住房价格意见的通知》(以下简称《通知》)公布,使得“国六条”的细则性调控措施得以明朗化。中国社会科学院金融发展与制度研究室主任易宪容表示,“国六条”的提出,表现了政府干涉房地产市场的决心,而随后出台的15条细则不仅会改变目前国内房地产的发展模式、开发商的经营模式,还将改变民众的住房消费倾向与模式。
