早春三月,乍暖还寒。2009年3月20日下午,一行人穿过鹤壁煤业公司自备电厂主厂区,顺着空旷的煤场向尾矿库即煤灰坑走去。沟谷的寒风夹杂着灰粒不时吹起,他们在灰坑边驻足查看……不远处护厂的几个职工认出了他们。“领导们好!”职工们热情地打招呼。一行人转过身来与职工握手致意:“咱们不但要把职工安置好,还要消除这灰坑的危害。”这一行人就是鹤煤公司总经理苗河根、党委书记孟中泽和党委副书记曹其跃、副总经理田小鹏。
