针对铜渣酸浸液中Si O2,Cu和酸度较高等特点,建立了用Na2CO3溶液预处理、钼酸铵作显色剂用分光光度法测定Si O3的方法。p H 1.1~1.3时,正硅酸与钼酸铵发生显色反应,生成硅钼杂多酸(硅钼黄),选择吸收波长在410 nm处,Si O2质量浓度在0.25~9 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数为0.9996。测定铜渣酸浸液中的Si O2,其加标回收率在98.6%~102.1%之间,RSD在0.71%~2.0%(n=6)之间。
Aiming at the characteristics of Si O2, Cu and high acidity in copper slag acid leaching solution, the method of pretreating Na2CO3 solution with ammonium molybdate as chromogenic reagent and spectrophotometric determination of Si2O3 was established. At pH 1.1 ~ 1.3, orthosilicic acid reacted with ammonium molybdate to form heteropoly silicomolybdic acid (molybdenum silicate yellow) with the selective absorption wavelength at 410 nm and Si 2 O concentration of 0.25-9 mg / L Beer’s law is in-range, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996. The recovery of Si O2 in the copper slag acid leaching solution was between 98.6% and 102.1% with RSD between 0.71% and 2.0% (n = 6).
