目的:了解北京市医院财务人员现状,为促进医院财务人员队伍建设提供建议。方法:对北京市医院财务人员基本情况进行问卷调查,并分析回收数据。结果:医院财务人员男女比例1:5.26;医院财务人员平均年龄35.54岁;主要以大专及本科学历为主,部分人员未获得学位;60.52%的财务人员无专业技术职称;34.63%的医院财务人员5年内未接受过任何培训。结论:医院需要合理配置财务人员,优化医院财务人员结构,加大医院财务人员培训力度。
Objective: To understand the current situation of hospital finance staff in Beijing and provide suggestions for promoting the construction of hospital finance staff. Methods: The basic situation of financial personnel in Beijing hospitals were surveyed and analyzed the data recovery. Results: The ratio of male to female staff in hospital was 1: 5.26. The average age of financial staff in hospital was 35.54 years old. The majority of college financial officers were mainly college graduates with undergraduate degree, some did not get the degree, 60.52% of financial staff had no professional titles, 34.63% of hospital finance staff 5 years did not receive any training. Conclusion: The hospital needs to allocate financial personnel reasonably, optimize the structure of hospital financial staff, and increase the training of hospital financial staff.
