本文报道一种既含有乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg),又含有甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)抗原的联合疫苗制做方法及其效价。HBV疫苗是用酵母借遗传工程而制做的商品(Engerix B),而HAV疫苗则是作者自己利用感染HAV的人胎儿成纤维细胞培养获得的,将二者相加使联合疫苗中含有20μg HBsAg及0.3μg HAV抗原和1.5mg氢氧化铝。用联合疫苗给15名无肝炎病史健康青年志愿者做三头肌内注射,每次2ml,于第1次接种后4及8周再分别注射一次,
In this paper, we report a method and titer of a combined vaccine that contains both Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and Hepatitis A virus (HAV) antigens. The HBV vaccine is a product made by genetic engineering of yeast (Engerix B), whereas the HAV vaccine is obtained by the authors culturing themselves with human fetal fibroblasts infected with HAV, and the two are added so that the combination vaccine contains 20 μg of HBsAg And 0.3 [mu] g HAV antigen and 1.5 mg aluminum hydroxide. Fifteen healthy young volunteers without a history of hepatitis were given a tricep intramuscular injection with a combination vaccine of 2 ml each for 4 and 8 weeks after the first vaccination.
