丙泊酚能够降低脑代谢率,减少脑血流量,降低颅内压对神经元具有保护作用,但作为神经保护药应用于临床仍存在争议。本文目的从基因表达水平探讨丙泊酚对脑缺血-再灌注的影响。 材料与方法 实验分组 Wistar大鼠45只,200~250g(白求恩医科大学医学实验动物中心提供),雌雄不限,随机分成三组,每组成15只。三组均采用20g/L戊巴比妥钠按 1:20量腹腔麻醉,右侧股动脉、股静脉置管,股动脉与动脉传感器连接,股静脉与微量控制泵连接输入生理盐水或药物。实验组:脑缺血-再灌注模型;丙泊酚保护组;参考Bhargwai法
Propofol can reduce cerebral metabolic rate, reduce cerebral blood flow, reduce intracranial pressure on neurons have a protective effect, but as a neuroprotective drug used in clinical remains controversial. This article aims to investigate the effect of propofol on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in response to gene expression. MATERIALS AND METHODS Groups of 45 Wistar rats, 200-250g (provided by the Medical Laboratory Animal Center, Bethune Medical University), were randomly divided into three groups of 15 rats each. The three groups were treated with 20g / L sodium pentobarbital by intraperitoneal anesthesia of 1:20, right femoral artery and femoral vein catheter, femoral artery and arterial sensor connection, femoral vein and micro-pump control input saline or drugs.
