一、引言应弄清轧辊与带材间的润滑特性以揭示其润滑机理。这些因素会影响轧制力和带材轧后表面质量,已用好几种方法进行了研究。第一种方法是根据轧制理论计算摩擦系数,钢板冷轧时的润滑特性可从摩擦系数与工艺参数的关系中掌握。不过,多数轧制理论均建立在常摩擦系数假设的基础上。对于入口处轧辊和带材之间建立润滑剂薄膜的情况下该假设是不正确的。这就使得很难系统地掌握润滑特性和估计轧后带材表面质量。
First, the introduction should be clear about the lubrication characteristics between the roll and the strip to reveal its lubrication mechanism. These factors affect the rolling force and the surface quality of the strip after rolling. Several methods have been investigated. The first method is based on rolling theory to calculate the friction coefficient, the cold-rolled steel lubrication characteristics from the relationship between friction coefficient and process parameters to master. However, most rolling theory is based on the assumption of constant friction coefficient. This assumption is incorrect for creating a lubricant film between the entrance roll and the tape. This makes it difficult to systematically grasp the lubrication characteristics and estimate the surface quality of the strip after rolling.
