为探明对比视力(CVA)指标的意义及实际应用价值和建立正常值标准,本文用透射式双变量对比视力表检查了398名(计798只眼)海军航空兵现役健康飞行人员不同照度和对比度条件下的CVA,并对相关影响因素如照度、对比度、年龄和训练以及CVA与常规视力(OVA)的关系进行了分析,结果证明:照度、对比度和年龄对CVA有显著的影响,训练对提高CVA的作用似乎不大,OVA与CVA有着密切的关系,说明CVA有其独特的变化特性。认为CVA较OVA能给出更多的符合实际作业环境特点的视觉信息,由此而建立的CVA正常值标准为今后飞行人员的选拔和健康评定提供了依据。
In order to find out the significance of CVA index and its practical value and establish the standard of normal value, we examined the different illumination and contrast of 398 active-health pilots (798 eyes) (CVA). The relationship between CVA and CVA was also analyzed. The results showed that illuminance, contrast, and age had a significant effect on CVA, and training was improved The role of CVA does not seem large, and OVA has a close relationship with CVA, indicating that CVA has its own unique changing characteristics. It is concluded that the CVA can give more visual information than the OVA to the actual working environment. The normal CVA standard established by the CVA provides the basis for future selection and health assessment of pilots.
