乡村协商民主是我国乡村民主政治的独特优势,它具有深厚的文化传统和长期的实践基础。党在各时期继承和发扬了我国协商文化和传统,在马克思主义民主理论指导下积累了丰硕的民主协商经验,推动了我国乡村协商民主的发展,取得了丰硕成果。我国乡村协商民主在发展过程中也面临着现实困难,要克服这些困难,需要培养乡村民主协商意识,提升乡村民主协商能力,完善乡村民主协商制度和加强乡村民主协商监督。
Rural consultation democracy is the unique advantage of our country’s democratic politics. It has a profound cultural tradition and long-term practice foundation. The Party has inherited and carried forward the consultative culture and tradition in our country at various periods, accumulated rich experience in democratic consultation under the guidance of Marxist democratic theory, and promoted the development of the democracy in our country’s countryside consultation with fruitful results. In order to overcome these difficulties, the rural consultation democracy in our country also faces realistic difficulties. We need to cultivate the awareness of rural democratic consultation, enhance the ability of rural democratic consultation, improve the system of rural democratic consultation and strengthen the consultation and supervision of rural democracy.
