目的观察西米替丁在治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎中的效果。方法将89例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿分为治疗组50例和对照组39例进行疗效比较,两组患儿均给予利巴韦林静脉滴注,布洛芬必要时口服。治疗组在此基础上加西米替丁静脉滴注。结果治疗组的退热、食欲改善、溃疡愈合的时间明显短于对照组,t值分别为23.52、25.72、22.02,P值均<0.01,二者差异具有极显著性意义。结论利巴韦林联合西米替丁治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎高效、安全、经济,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of cimetidine in the treatment of infantile herpangina. Methods Eighty-nine children with herpes simplex angina were divided into treatment group (n = 50) and control group (n = 39). The two groups were given ribavirin intravenously and ibuprofen was taken orally when necessary. On the basis of this, the treatment group received intravenous infusion of cimetidine. Results The fever, appetite and ulcer healing in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (t = 23.52,25.72,22.02, P <0.01 respectively). The difference between the two groups was extremely significant. Conclusion Ribavirin combined with cimetidine treatment of children with herpes angina is efficient, safe and economical, worthy of clinical promotion.
