胶质 沥青质在近井带沉淀造成的堵塞是稠油油田开发过程中油井产能下降的重要原因之一。油田动态资料分析和室内实验相结合的研究方法可以提高解除此类堵塞的成功率 ,降低有机溶剂解堵 (特别是在海上油井作业 )的风险性。实验评价和施工结果表明 ,有机溶剂U 0 1对这种有机堵塞有很好的清洗作用。两口油井解堵后的液量分别为解堵前的 1.7倍和 4倍 ,证明研究结果与实际情况基本一致。而合理选井和严格控制施工质量是油井通过有机解堵提高增产油量的关键。
One of the important reasons for the decline in well productivity during the development of heavy oil fields is the blockage caused by the deposition of the asphaltene in the near-wellbore. The combination of dynamic field data analysis and field experiments can increase the probability of successful blockage and reduce the risk of organic solvent plugging, especially at offshore wells. Experimental evaluation and construction results show that the organic solvent U 0 1 has a good cleaning effect on this organic plug. The volume of liquid after the two wells were plugged was 1.7 times and 4 times before plugging, respectively, proving that the research results are basically consistent with the actual situation. Reasonable well selection and strict control of construction quality is the key to increase production of oil through organic plugging.
