广州市商业网点建设史上的最大项目——天河商业广场,于19日在中国大酒店签约,由市佳景商业贸易开发总公司和香港正大国际投资有限公司合资开发兴建。参加签约仪式的市领导人有高祀仁、黎子流、赖竹岩等以及泰国正大集团董事长谢国民。此项合资开发建设天河商业广场,是建国以来广州商业网点建设的最大项目,占地面5.4万平方米建筑面积32万平方米以上,全部项目建成投资总额20亿元以上,是集大型购物中心和高级商住楼于一体的建筑。
