伴随着计算机、通信技术的快速发展,特别是互联网的普及而出现并迅速发展起来的电子商务运作方式,对电子商务企业进行绩效评价显得十分必要。通过利用平衡记分卡构建电子商务企业评价指标体系,借助层次分析法模型对电子商务企业的绩效进行综合评价,在指标体系中,考虑了财务指标与非财务指标对电子商务企业的影响,科学评定了电子商务企业绩效评价指标体系中各指标对其的影响程度并科学排序,从而为企业进行科学投资决策提供可靠依据。
