目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)表达与肿瘤细胞侵袭能力的关系。方法MMP-2和MMP-9的表达采用免疫组化S-P法。结果MMP-2、MMP-9在卵巢良性肿瘤有少量弱表达,在卵巢恶性肿瘤阳性表达率显著升高,差异显著(P<0.01),且随恶性肿瘤细胞分化程度的降低而有升高趋势,其中MMP-2在低分化卵巢肿瘤组织的强阳性表达率显著高于高、中分化者(P<0.05)。结论MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与卵巢肿瘤的恶性程度及侵袭相关,在卵巢肿瘤侵袭和转移的早期起关键作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) and tumor cell invasiveness. Methods The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results The positive expression rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in ovarian benign tumors were significantly lower than those in benign ovarian tumors (P <0.01), and the positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 increased with the decreasing of differentiation The strong positive expression rate of MMP-2 in poorly differentiated ovarian tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in high-differentiated ovarian tumors (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 is correlated with the malignant degree and invasion of ovarian tumor and plays an important role in the early stage of ovarian tumor invasion and metastasis.
