1、前言地下结构防水工程质量关系建筑物寿命及用户使用功能,是工程常见质量通病及施工质量控制重难点。北方地区目前常见做法为UEA防水混凝土外贴防水层,该工艺遇到地下水位较高及地质条件复杂的情况时极易发生卷材层失效,由防水混凝土裂缝及薄弱处发生渗漏。水泥基渗透结晶防水混凝土是加强防水混凝土施工工艺并采用水泥基渗透结晶防水剂。其特有的工作性能可以大大提高混凝土结构自防水能力且不需再设置外贴式或外涂式防水层。
