1948年曾有人提出,氧化锡尘肺是一种良性尘肺。 氧化锡在肺中是否是一种良性粉尘?它与石英混合时,是否能减弱石英的致病作用?本实验就是对这两个问题进行初步探索。 实验方法 动物选择:选用体重180~220克健康大白鼠,雌雄各半。 粉尘制备:(1)二氧化硅:用分析纯石英砂,含量99.8%以上;(2)二氧化锡:用分析纯氧化锡试剂,含量99.5%以上;(3)凝灰:为某炼锡厂冶炼车间天棚梁上的凝灰,含二氧化锡51.65%,二氧化硅为零。
It was suggested in 1948 that tin oxide pneumoconiosis is a benign pneumoconiosis. Is tin oxide a benign dust in the lungs? Is it possible to weaken the pathogenicity of quartz when it is mixed with quartz? This experiment is a preliminary exploration of these two issues. Experimental methods Animal selection: Select the weight of 180 to 220 grams of healthy rats, male and female. Dust preparation: (1) Silica: Analytical pure quartz sand, content above 99.8%; (2) Tin dioxide: Analytical pure tin oxide reagent, content above 99.5%; (3) Factory smelting workshop roof beams tuff, with 51.65% tin dioxide, silica is zero.
