目的评价岭南健脾生髓膏(简称“岭南膏方”)联合促红细胞生成素治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的疗效。方法采用前瞻、随机、对照研究方法,将111例肿瘤相关性贫血患者分为观察组51例和对照组60例。观察组:以岭南膏方联合促红细胞生成素治疗,21 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。对照组:以促红细胞生成素治疗,21 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果在中重度肿瘤相关性贫血患者中,观察组患者RBC、Hb及贫血生命质量测定量表评分、体力疲劳积分改善,输血频次降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岭南膏方联合促红素治疗中重度肿瘤相关性贫血患者有一定疗效,可改善患者生存质量,降低输血频次,是其不错的治疗选择。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Lingnan Jianpi Shengsuo Pian (abbreviation “Lingnan Paste”) combined with Erythropoietin on tumor associated anemia. Methods A prospective, randomized, controlled study was conducted to divide 111 cases of tumor-associated anemia into observation group (n = 51) and control group (n = 60). Observation group: Lingnan ointment combined with erythropoietin therapy, 21 d for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Control group: Erythropoietin treatment, 21 d for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Results In the patients with moderate to severe tumor-associated anemia, the scores of RBC, Hb and anemia quality of life measurement group, physical fatigue score and frequency of blood transfusion decreased in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion Lingnan ointment combined with erythropoietin in patients with moderate to severe tumor-related anemia have a certain effect, can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the frequency of transfusions, is a good treatment option.
