糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)是小儿1型糖尿病最常见的急性并发症,也是儿科常见危重症,在多种诱因下易并发多器官功能衰竭(MOF),病死率高。我院近15年来共收治32例小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒并多器官功能衰竭患者,现分析报告如下。
