利用DOPO、多聚甲醛、二异丙醇胺为原料,合成出1种新型含氮含磷反应型DOPO类阻燃剂,对其结构进行了表征,并对产物进行热失重和差热分析。将其加入到聚氨酯中制备复合材料,根据在空气气氛中的热重测试结果,发现随其用量加大,复合材料的初始分解温度和降解活化能有先升高后降低的趋势,但都比纯聚氨酯的高,证明添加此种阻燃剂之后起到了一定的耐热效果;最后探讨了复合材料降解过程的机理。
A novel nitrogen-phosphorus-containing reactive DOPO flame retardant was synthesized by using DOPO, paraformaldehyde and diisopropanolamine as raw materials. The structure of the flame retardant was characterized and its weight loss and differential thermal analysis were carried out.
