汶川大地震发生后,有超过百万的志愿者以各种方式参与抗震救灾,成为政府行动的有力补充。但志愿者服务中存在着各自为政、专业水平参差不齐、工作内容简单、流动性大等问题,因此探索志愿服务的可持续机制应成为今后应急救援体系的工作重点,并建议率先在高校探索以大学生为主体的志愿工作可持续机制。
After the Wenchuan earthquake, more than 1 million volunteers participated in the earthquake relief work in various ways and became a powerful complement to government actions. However, volunteer service has its own characteristics, its professionalism is uneven, the content of its work is simple, and its liquidity is large.
