管理的人本化,是当今时代的必然性选择和要求。当代中国的经济、政治和文化、信息等领域的发展推动着人本管理的发展,是管理人本化的时代背景与现实基础。市场经济的完善促使人的独立自主的提升,呼唤管理的人本化。政治的民主化赋予人广泛的民主权利,要求管理的人本化。文化的多样性赋予人自主的文化选择权,需要管理的人本化。社会的信息化赋予人自主的信息选择权,推动管理的人本化。
Human-oriented management is the inevitable choice and requirement of the modern times. The development of human-centered management in the fields of economy, politics, culture and information in contemporary China is the background and realistic foundation of the management-oriented people. The improvement of market economy promotes the independent improvement of people and calls for people-oriented management. The democratization of politics has given people widespread democratic rights and demanded that people in management be humanized. Cultural diversity gives people the right to choose their own culture, which requires the management of people. Social informatization gives people the right to choose their own information and promotes people-oriented management.
