目的:观察适宜游泳应激对妊娠期小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:成年昆明种妊娠期小鼠分别进行时间不同的游泳训练,采用ELISA法检测抗体、免疫组化法测外周血CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞数,体内吞噬法测腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率。结果:各试验组孕鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞数量均增多,CD8+T细胞与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);适宜游泳应激可增加血清IgG的含量,试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.01)。结论:在妊娠期间进行适宜的游泳应激可增强机体的免疫力。
Objective: To observe the effect of appropriate swimming stress on immune function in mice during pregnancy. Methods: The adult Kunming pregnant mice were subjected to different time of swimming training respectively. The antibody was detected by ELISA. The numbers of CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells in peripheral blood were measured by immunohistochemistry. The phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages rate. Results: The number of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of pregnant rats increased in each experimental group, and the difference between CD8 + T cells and control group was statistically significant (P <0.01). Suitable swimming stress could increase the level of serum IgG. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); at the same time, it significantly enhanced phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages (P <0.01). Conclusion: Suitable swimming stress during pregnancy can enhance the body’s immunity.
