随着社会的不断发展,人力资源在社会发展中占据着越来越重要的作用,尤其是近年来企业间竞争的逐渐加剧,更使得人才的竞争成为企业竞争的关键。然而作为提高人员素质的企业员工培训在当前发展中却一直不容乐观,主要表现在缺少最终的培训效果评估,这使得当前的员工培训没有专业的指南的指引,因此改变企业员工培训效果评估迫在眉睫。本文通过论述当前企业员工培训的发展现状,提出员工培训效果的评估策略。
With the constant development of society, human resources occupy more and more important roles in social development. Especially in recent years, the competition among enterprises has been gradually aggravated, and the competition of talents has become the key to enterprise competition. However, employee training as an employee quality improvement has not been optimistic in the current development. The lack of final evaluation of training effectiveness makes the current staff training lack the guideline of professional guidance. Therefore, it is imminent to change the evaluation of employees’ training effectiveness. This article discusses the current development of enterprise staff training, and puts forward the evaluation strategy of staff training effect.
