目的观察延续性护理对提高糖尿病视网膜病变认知能力的提高作用.方法研究时间2017年l至12月,收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例位研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组,对照组采用常规出院护理,研究组开展延续性护理;比较两组认知行为能力及生活质量.结果出院后6个月,12个月研究组患者认知行为能力情况调查评分显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论延续性护理可有效提高糖尿病视网膜病变认知能力,利于患者病情控制.
