升降颗粒具有解表清里功能 ,主治外感湿邪 ,试验从抗病毒、解热、抗炎等方面进行了研究 ,以升降颗粒剂 8 0、4 0、2 0g生药 kg灌胃给予小鼠 ,以 4 0、2 0、1 0g生药 kg灌胃给予大鼠 ,以 2 2、1 1、0 5 5g生药 kg灌胃家兔 ,结果表明 ,该颗剂体外对与呼吸道有关的 7种病毒和小鼠病毒性肺炎均有明显的抑制作用 ;能降低菌苗引起家兔的体温升高 ;显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的增高 ;明显减轻角叉菜胶性足肿胀。
Lifting granules have the function of relieving surface turbidity, indicating dampness and exogenous pathogens, and tests have been conducted in aspects of antiviral, antipyretic and anti-inflammation, etc. The mice were given intragastrically with lifting granules 80, 40, and 20g crude drug to give 4 0, 20, and 10g crude drug kg were intragastrically administered to rats, and rabbits were given intragastrically at 22, 111, and 0.55 kg of crude drug. The results showed that the granules in vitro were associated with the 7 viruses and the respiratory tract. The mice have a significant inhibition of viral pneumonia; can reduce the body temperature caused by bacterins raised in rabbits; significant inhibition of xylene-induced mouse skin capillary permeability increased; significantly reduced carrageenan foot swelling.
