利用6个小麦品种组配成所有可能的单交、三交、双交组合。并且利用不同的模型分别估算了不同杂交类型当中各种性状的基因效应和配合力等遗传参数,探讨了基因效应与配合力之间的关系问题,最后对品种进行了综合评价。研究结果表明,所有3种杂交类型中,同一性状不同杂交方式起主要作用的基因效应是相同的;同一种杂交方式不同性状起主要作用的基因效应有所不同。三交、双交分析结果表明,上位效应不仅确实存在而且是群体遗传结构的重要组成部分,其中以加性×加性上位效应为主,其次是加性×显性上位效应。
Use of 6 wheat varieties dubbed all possible single, triple, double crosses. The genetic parameters such as gene effect and combining ability of different traits were estimated by different models. The relationship between gene effect and combining ability was discussed. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of cultivars was carried out. The results showed that in all three hybrid types, the genetic effects of different hybridization modes with the same trait were the same, while the genetic effects with different traits in the same hybrid mode were different. The results of three cross and double cross showed that the epistatic effect not only existed but also was an important part of the genetic structure of the population, with additive × additive epistasis mainly followed by additive × dominant epistasis.
