我国经济快速发展,促进了我国建筑行业的发展。目前,施工企业在建筑工程设计时,为了减少投资造价,提升企业的经济利益,企业会采取相应的手段控制造价的投入。加之现在竞争过于激烈化,很多的施工企业面临巨大的压力,施工企业既需要提升企业的竞争力,加强企业的造价管理,又需要保障建筑工程工程的质量。面对诸多的问题,施工企业需要采取应对措施,解决问题。本文以建筑工程为研究对象,探讨施工企业在全过程中的造价的管理和控制,希望对建筑工程设施的造价控制提供帮助。
The rapid economic development in our country has promoted the development of China’s construction industry. At present, the construction enterprises in the construction design, in order to reduce investment costs, enhance the economic interests of enterprises, enterprises will take appropriate measures to control the cost of inputs. Coupled with the intense competition nowadays, many construction enterprises are under tremendous pressure. Construction enterprises need to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, strengthen the cost management of enterprises, and ensure the quality of construction projects. Faced with many problems, construction companies need to take countermeasures to solve the problem. This article takes the construction project as the research object, discusses the management and control of construction enterprises in the whole process of cost management, and hopes to help the construction project cost control.
