到1991年底全世界的自行车拥有量已超过8亿辆。我国的拥有量近1.5亿辆;全球的自行车年产量已突破1亿辆,我国的产量约占30%,是一个名副其实的自行车王国。可是我国的自行车人均拥有量只有工业发达国家的四分之一左右。在自行车用的材料中,目前仍以钢材为主,其次为铝材。塑料、钛材与复合材料是有一定潜力的竞争材料。铝材在我国自行车用材中所占的比例较低,大量采用铝材制造自行车的零部件对于降低车的重量,提高质量与档次,增加品种均具有重要的意义。本文介绍了自行车零部件铝合金的选用及其加工工艺。
By the end of 1991, the number of bicycles in the world had exceeded 800 million. China has a total of nearly 150 million vehicles. The annual output of bicycles in the world has exceeded 100 million. The production of our country accounts for about 30%. It is a veritable bicycle kingdom. However, the average per capita possession of bicycles in our country is only about one quarter of that in industrialized countries. Among the materials used in bicycles, steel is still the mainstay, followed by aluminum. Plastics, Titanium and Composites are competing materials that have some potential. The proportion of aluminum in China’s bicycle material is relatively low, a large number of parts made of aluminum bicycle parts for reducing the weight of the car, improve the quality and grade, increase the variety are of great significance. This article describes the bicycle parts aluminum alloy selection and processing technology.
