应用付出-获得不平衡量表调查303名医务人员的职业紧张状况,并进行补体(C3和C4)测定,分析付出-获得不平衡指数和过分负责得分与补体水平的关系。医师和护士高付出低获得(2χ=1.360,P=0.243)和过分负责比例(2χ=1.407,P=0.236)差异无统计学意义。付出-获得失衡指数与补体C3水平呈现较弱的正相关关系(rs=0.269,P<0.001),过分负责得分与补体C3水平呈现较弱的正相关关系(rs=0.241,P<0.001)。
Application Payments - Obtaining Unbalance Inventory Surveys of occupational stress in 303 medical staff, determination of complement (C3 and C4), analysis of pay-out imbalance index and the relationship between over-responsibility scores and complement levels. There was no statistically significant difference between the doctors and nurses who paid high and low paid (2χ = 1.360, P = 0.243) and the proportion of over-responsibility (2χ = 1.407, P = 0.236). There was a weak positive correlation between the index of disequilibrium and the level of complement C3 (rs = 0.269, P <0.001). There was a weak positive correlation between score of overcompaction and complement C3 (rs = 0.241, P <0.001).
