回顾2009年，我不过是一个最平凡的基层税管员，倾听我管辖的个体纳税人们的酸甜苦辣，帮他们解决纳税中遇到的小难题。完成单位的工作任务之余，我的业余生活也很精彩，我在国家税务总局举办的首届全国税收文艺作品评选大赛中获奖，将顺利出版我的长篇小说《税徽》。
