一、澳门司法组织的沿革在1991年葡国会通过《澳门司法组织纲要法》以前,在司法领域,澳门是葡国整个司法架构内的一个小法区,隶属于葡萄牙里斯本大法区(在葡本土,分为若干个大法区,每一大法区设一上诉法院,下设若干小法区,每一小法区内设一初级法院)。所有不服澳门法院判决而提起上诉的案件,皆由葡国里斯本上诉法院审理,直至葡最高司法法院或最高行政法院(如属行政诉讼的案件)。此
