高等院校的财务管理是其内部管理的重要组成部分,能否做好财务管理工作直接关系到高校今后的生存和发展。我国高校的理财环境发生了重大的变化,财务管理工作也面临着新的挑战,只有在认清自身现实的基础上不断进行改革与创新,转变高校财务管理理念,优化传统管理模式,借助先进的财务管理理念和科学的管理方法实现高校内部财务管理的有效性和可持续性,才能不断推动我国高校的健康有序发展。
The financial management of institutions of higher learning is an important part of its internal management. Whether financial management can be done or not is directly related to the survival and development of colleges and universities in the future. The financial management environment of colleges and universities in China has undergone major changes. The financial management also faces new challenges. Only by recognizing our own reality can we continuously carry out reforms and innovations, change the concept of financial management in colleges and universities, optimize the traditional management mode, Financial management concepts and scientific management methods to achieve the effectiveness and sustainability of financial management within colleges and universities, can we continue to promote the healthy and orderly development of China’s colleges and universities.
