从有效防范信贷风险的目的出发,全方位贷后管理应包括客户行为控制和自我行为控制两大系统,现阶段账户监管、贷后检查、风险预警、风险分类、有问题贷款处理、贷款收回和总结等属于客户行为控制。自我行为控制是指银行为保障贷款的流动性、安全性和效益性对银行自身行为实施控制并由此影响或控制客户行为的方法。只有实施贷后管理客户行为控制与银行自身行为控制的结合,才能防范风险或减少风险造成的损失,有效改善借贷
