Heart of poor mountain Tao Wucheng is Xiantao, 42 years old, originally a well-funded Taiwan-funded enterprises in Changsha, Hunan, deputy general manager. Once, he was informed by Hubei Provincial Party Committee’s ”Policy“ that there are still some poor peasants in Luotian County, Hubei Province, who are struggling with their food and clothing needs. Many people with ambitious goals to resign their comfortable city life and go there for poverty alleviation and development. The sacred duty of a communist led him to embark on this path. In May last year, he wrote letters to the ”Policy“ magazine and the comrades at the Luotian Poverty Alleviation and Development Office and resolutely requested to visit the poorest village workers in the 58 impoverished villages in Luotian. In his letter, he wrote: ”My choice is not an impulse of a moment, nor is it a fame, but a drive of responsibility and motivation. To dedicate my strength and wisdom to poor mountain peasants is
