财会[2013]8号中共中央直属机关事务管理局,国家机关事务管理局,解放军总后勤部,武警部队后勤部,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局),新疆生产建设兵团财务局:新修订的《会计从业资格管理办法》(财政部令第73号,以下简称《管理办法》)已于2012年12月10日正式发布,自2013年7月1日起在全国范围内实施。为贯彻实施好《管理办法》,现提出以下指导意见:
