泡沫金属结构的复杂性使导热辐射耦合传热条件下有效导热系数的变化规律及影响机理分析变得极为困难。本文提出了一种结构简单且具有与泡沫金属相似几何和传热特性的圆管模型,对其导热-辐射耦合传热过程进行了相似性分析,导出了一组影响有效导热系数的相似准则数。将该组相似准则数应用于泡沫金属简化几何模型,研究了对泡沫金属内导热辐射耦合传热过程的影响机理,并与圆管模型下的影响规律进行了对比验证。
The complexity of the foam metal structure makes it very difficult to analyze the change rule of the effective thermal conductivity and the analysis of the influence mechanism under the heat transfer coupled heat transfer condition. In this paper, we propose a circular tube model with simple structure and similar geometrical and heat transfer characteristics to foam metal, and conduct a similar analysis of the thermal-radiation coupling heat transfer process. A set of similar criteria for effective thermal conductivity . The similarity criterion of this group was applied to the simplified geometrical model of foam metal. The influence mechanism on the heat transfer and coupling heat transfer of foam metal was studied.
