为了提高茶树短穗扦插的成活率和培育壮苗,我们于去年夏插中应用吲哚丁酸做了两组试验,取得了良好的效果。试验品种为大叶乌龙。剪取当年成熟的春梢,于1978年7月31日进行扦插。吲哚丁酸溶液是配制50ppm和100ppm两种浓度。试验处理分为两组:一组为沾穗扦插,另一组为浸穗一小时后扦插,并分别设置了对照。浸穗所用的茶穗,还于6月28日对需要扦插的枝条进行
