对冬小麦多个品质和产量性状特别是有关 N 素及干物质积累分配的性状进行了单相关分析和典型相关分析,结果表明,成熟期植株总 N 积累量与蛋白产量和籽粒产量相关显著,而与蛋白含量无显著相关。籽粒中的 N 素主要来自前期的积累,但高蛋白基因型的 N 运转分配率并不一定高,相对吸 N 力高是高蛋白基因型的一个重要特征。植株总 N 积累量与 N 运转率几无相关。N 素的积累分配与干物质的积累分配密切相关。营养品质性状——籽粒蛋白质含量与加工品质性状密切相关。遗传分析表明,开花期生物量、成熟期生物量、收获指数(HI)和 N 收获指数(NHI)的遗传力中等,开花期总 N 量和成熟期总 N 量遗传力偏低,相对吸 N 力遗传力较高。此外进行了因子分析,把30个性状分成5个独立的因子群。
