本文报告TMP与呋苄青霉素对临床分离致病菌联合敏感实验和杀菌作用研究结果,及不同培基TMP与和呋苄青霉素协同抗菌作用的影响。 TMP呋苄青霉素对100株致病菌的94株呈协同作用,未见拮抗现象。FIC指数大多数小于0.4,呈协同作用的94株致病菌FIC指数均在0.28以下,表现较强协同抗菌作用。TMP可增强呋苄青霉素抗菌作用16—32倍。 10株菌的联合杀菌研究表明,呋苄青霉素与TMP联合24小时末较呋苄组活菌数减少log 3.5—4以上,证明二者具有明显协同抗菌作用。 在三种不同的培养基条件下,TMP与呋苄青霉素均呈现协同抗菌作用,但含胨培基对TMP体外敏感实验结果有很大影响。
This article reports TMP and furosemide on clinical isolates of pathogenic bacteria combined with sensitive experiments and bactericidal effects of the results, and different culture medium TMP and and the effect of the combination of antibacterial agents and penicillin. TMP fhicillin on 100 strains of 94 strains showed synergistic effects, no antagonism. Most of the FIC index was less than 0.4. The synergistic effect of FIC index of 94 pathogenic bacteria was below 0.28, showing a strong synergistic antibacterial effect. TMP can enhance the antibacterial effect of furosemide 16-32 times. 10 strains of bacteria combined disinfection studies have shown that combination of furicillin and TMP at the end of 24 hours than furiben viable count decreased log 3.5-4 or more, that both have significant synergistic antibacterial effect. Under the three different media conditions, TMP and furboxam all showed a synergistic antibacterial effect, but the peptone-containing culture medium had a great effect on TMP-sensitive in vitro experiments.
