担任校长二十年了,在工作实践中,我越来越深切地感受到学校的发展取决于校长的管理。管理善,则士气高,人气旺,教学质量高;管理不善,则士气低落,人心思走,学校乱。如何管才叫善管呢?
As the principal for 20 years, I have felt more and more deeply that in the work practice, the development of the school depends on the management of the principal. With good management, morale is high, popularity is high, and teaching quality is high. When management is poor, morale is low, people are thinking about going, and school is chaotic. How can we call good management?
