By means of EST sequencing, SAGE analysis and cDNA hybridization, a very detailed gene transcription profile has been constructed and data about the human genome coding sequence and expression space have been obtained. In the cloning, Identification, functional analysis and a comprehensive understanding of the molecular basis of the tumor development process has played an important role.
