用光镜及扫描电镜对云南松属的一濒危树种———五针白皮松的木材构造进行了解剖学观察。首次报道了五针白皮松的木材构造,并结合木材的宏观及微观构造特征和组成分子的数量特征值,分析比较了它在松属中的位置,五针白皮松管胞内壁及纹孔缘上具有明显的瘤状层,介于单维管束亚属和双维管束亚属之间,是一中间类型。结合已报道的与其形态特征相似的白皮松的分类特征,作者支持成立白皮松亚属的建议。
An anatomical observation of the wood structure of Pinus bungeana, an endangered tree species in Pinus yunnanelli, was carried out by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. For the first time, the wood structure of Pinus bungeana was reported. Based on the macroscopic and microstructural characteristics of wood and the quantitative eigenvalues of the components, the position of Pinus bungeana in Pinus was analyzed and compared. The obvious nodular layer, between the subfamilies of the single vascular bundle and the subgroup of the two-dimensional bundle, is an intermediate type. In support of the reported classification of Pinus bungeana similar to its morphological characteristics, the authors support the proposal to establish subgenus of Pinus bungeana.
