经测定明确,美洲斑潜蝇卵的发育起点为(854±166)℃,有效积温为(6240±579)日度;幼虫的发育起点为(802±299)℃,有效积温为(7221±1189)日度;蛹的发育起点为(1051±137)℃,有效积温为(14120±1411)日度;卵至蛹的发育起点为(978±105)℃,有效积温为(27074±1977)日度;成虫羽化适宜温度为20~30℃。
The results showed that the developmental threshold of M. occidentalis eggs was (854 ± 166) ℃, and the effective accumulated temperature was (6240 ± 579) days. The developmental threshold of larvae was (802 ± 2) 99) ℃, and the effective accumulated temperature was (7221 ± 1189) days. The developmental threshold of pupae was (1051 ± 137) ℃ and the effective accumulated temperature was (14120 ± 1411) days (978 ± 105) ℃ and effective accumulated temperature (27074 ± 1977) days respectively. The optimum temperature for adult emergence was 20 ~ 30 ℃.
