本文研制的马鞍形曲线自动切割机自应用以来已近三年。它主要用于在电站锅炉及其他压力容器行业中切割马鞍形的焊接坡口。其应用结果表明:使用该切割机割出的焊接坡口具有良好的尺寸精度和表面质量。如与马鞍形埋弧自动焊机配套使用将有利于提高压力容器上的马鞍形焊缝的质量。本文主要对马鞍形自动切割机的设计、马鞍形曲线的跟踪精度、割出的马鞍形坡口的尺寸偏差进行了讨论并介绍了有关切割工艺验证工作。 This article developed a saddle-shaped automatic curve cutting machine since its inception nearly three years. It is mainly used for cutting saddle-shaped welding bevels in power station boilers and other pressure vessel industries. The application results show that: the use of the cutting machine cut the welding groove has good dimensional accuracy and surface quality. As with the saddle-shaped submerged arc welding machine supporting the use of will help to improve the quality of saddle-shaped welds on the pressure vessel. This paper mainly discusses the design of saddle-shaped automatic cutting machine, the tracking accuracy of saddle-shaped curve, the dimension deviation of the cutout saddle-shaped groove and introduces the verification of the cutting process.
