论述了茶叶中主要成分茶多酚的理化性质,并以此为基础,提出了最佳的提取条件,用KMnO4滴定法测定其含量,获得了满意的结果。
The physicochemical properties of tea polyphenols, the main component in tea, were discussed. Based on the results, the best extraction conditions were obtained. The content of tea polyphenols was determined by KMnO4 titration and satisfactory results were obtained.
