观察刺激中缝背核(DR)对大鼠视交叉上核(SCN)光敏神经元单位放电的影响,并进行药理学分析。结果表明:刺激DR能明显抑制SCN神经元光诱发放电。这种抑制作用能被5HT2/7受体拮抗剂ritanserin 阻断,但不能被选择性5HT2 受体拮抗剂1NP阻断。对5HT7 有较高亲和力的神经阻断剂clozapine也能阻断刺激DR的抑制效应。实验结果提示,刺激DR对SCN 光敏神经元放电的抑制,可能是通过5HT7 样受体起作用的
The effects of stimulating dorsal raphe nucleus (DR) on the discharge of photosensitive neurons in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) of rats were observed and pharmacologically analyzed. The results showed that stimulating DR could obviously inhibit the light-induced discharge of SCN neurons. This inhibitory effect by 5 HT2 / 7 receptor antagonist ritanserin blocked, but not by selective 5 HT2 receptor antagonist 1 NP block. Clozapine, a neuroblocker with higher affinity for 5-HT7, also blocked the suppressive effect of stimulating DR. The experimental results suggest that the inhibition of DR stimulation of SCN photoreactive neurons may be through the role of 5 HT7-like receptors
